JoAnn Stein

Owner

Owner JoAnn Stein has worked in an operations capacity for 15 years, focused on maintaining everyday workflow while providing quality customer service. Often being the go to person for a number of responsibilities, being communicative, adaptable and managing multiple duties has become second nature, and shown to be a solid foundation while progressing to project management.

Nate Stein

Master Electrician

Master Electrician Nate Stein has worked 17 years on various project sizes as a commercial electrician. The past 7 years he has been a foreman team leader on iconic projects in Seattle such as the Apple Headquarters, the Climate Pledge Area atrium and the Dunn Lumber Latona Project. He is a detail oriented individual that is well versed in electrical work, and communicates and collaborates well, having had field teams as large as 17 people.
